The new cookbook from Eater is out next week. We talk with editors Missy Frederick and Sarah Zorn to explore what it says about eating in America today.
As a local, I frequently recommend Cordelia's to people. Their Sunday brunch is awesome too. Still haven't checked out their new place (Rosy). Pepperoni rolls are a staple here as well, and we also have the Polish Boy/Polish Girl as claims to fame.
The cookbook sounds like a fun read. Love all the unique names of regional dishes that I feel also speaks to a region’s general sense of humor.
This is great, Amy!
Thanks, Jolene!

We are really looking forward to Rosy!
I was going to write something thoughtful - then I skipped through the pictures and basically, now I'm hungry :) Book looks fab!
The book is beautiful. Great photography from Matt Taylor-Gross.
Fun newsletter this week! And thank you for the shout out for my interview with Adam from Scribe!
We went to Scribe recently and had a really great afternoon. Nice piece!
Thank you! Jealous you got to visit. It’s on my list for sure
